Everything here is none refundable but we would never send you anything which was damaged although items may not be 100% perfect....eg missing a label, a slight mark....and as they are cheap as chips we will have to charge postage.

Lampshades may need a shade reducer ring depending on lamp fitting. These are available online and at electrical stores.
